The Experience
Step 1 - Consultation
Your therapist begins by discussing problem areas, such as chronic muscle tension, stiffness, or injury recovery needs, to design a customised approach.
Step 2 - Assessment
We assess muscle tightness and areas with limited mobility. Your therapist will pinpoint areas requiring extra attention using palpation techniques.
Step 3 - Treatment
Your therapist uses slower, more sustained pressure combined with deep tissue techniques to address the structural layers of muscle and fascia. Forearm and elbow techniques may also be applied to relieve chronic tension.
Step 4 - Aftercare
Following treatment, we provide home stretches, muscle care advice, or postural correction tips to maintain the benefits. Ice or heat therapies may also be recommended for recovery.
